Convertburda is a small, independent project, not a venture-funded platform chasing growth numbers. Nearly all of these tools are free to use, some server-heavy ones with a daily limit; PDF/A archiving and watermark-free studio exports carry a small fee that covers the computing they need. Quiet, contextual advertising and a small number of paying members cover the servers and the time it takes to keep adding tools — that's the whole business model, and we'd rather it stayed that simple.
